Credence

“I am the Way, the Truth and the Life” 

These are the phrases through which our Lord Jesus Christ once introduced himself to His disciples and you.  He continued by saying “No one comes to the Father (God) except through Me (Jesus) John 14:6. Jesus remained the way and the truth and the life and the same Yesterday; Today; and He remained the same  forever. Heb:13:8

Think about many good and positive things which are your heart desires. But you could not achieve these all alone by your wisdom. As a result, they are like  burdens to you. Come walk on this way of truth and life. Your sorrow, worries and burdens shall be a thing of the past. “Come unto me all ye that are labour; and are heavy laden I (Jesus) will give you rest. Matthew 11:28

When a woman goes in to be delivered of fruit of the womb, at the due hour and everything was successful. The baby is okay, the mother is fine and the family and friends are happy. It’s Thanksgiving. Such labour is not “heavy laden”.  But if the situation is different from the one stated above. It is heavily laden, come to Jesus. These and many more are the kind of burdens our Lord Jesus Christ requested you to cast upon Him because He cares for You.(I Peter 5:7)

Why should you worry over situations your creator has already resolved?. Do not think about your loads of sins; Jesus was not sent to condemn you. (John 3:17) This even qualified you the more for the Kingdom of God. He’s seeking the lost to repentance. So you are qualified. Come to Jesus. Even if you are yet to give your life to Jesus Christ which I will implore you to do NOW. Because “...Now is the accepted time, behold now is the day of Salvation .II Corinthians 6:2

These are some of the things that might be placing you far away from achieving your goals. Our Lord Jesus Christ didn’t invite anyone to walk on the path that has nothing to offer. ‘Let not your heart be troubled; ye believe in God , believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions. If it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you’. John 14:1-2.

These mansions are not  empty, ordinary buildings; they are filled with whatever that’s your heart desires. And the merrier good news is that providence and succour comes directly to you from this mansions; while you are residence of this limited life span world and when you go yonder to meet with Him. Only if you come to Jesus. Even now that you are yet to come to Him, He still provides for you. To get it more in abundance you must fully surrender all to the Saviour of your Soul.

If you want to receive all these promises and many more from God. Are you a man or woman, young or old?. You must be prayerful; but the depth of your being prayerful does not get everything from God. If you do not take some necessary step(s) that are credence and  cogent to your life. One of such steps is; taking good and adequate care of the aged ones and your parents. Don’t abandon them, this also is  a way to life, as approved by God. But it’s just one of the many ways that might have presented you and your prayers as an unacceptable offerings before your creator. If left undone.

Your parents are one of those way(s) that ushered you into this world. Every man or woman was definitely born by a woman. There are some prayers you should not even sweat over; there are some promotion you should not even struggle for. But because you do not care for your old ones (the elderly ones and the needy) God has permitted those prayers to be stored into the awaiting response rooms.

The truth about every prayers is that, God heard all Prayers but do not answer every prayers. Its not too difficult for Him to answer every prayers but He won’t until some certain criterial are met and the needful is done. One of such Criterial that might be waylaying your prayer is if; you have taken it upon yourself for one reason or the other not to look after your aged Parents and everybody of such categories around you. Parents are one way and power you should not allow the enemy to use (wield) against you. Because it is a very powerful weapon. God made you through your Parents not them through you. Take care of your parents as from now and witness how amazingly you have unlocked your heaven and showers of blessing. When Parents spirit is enliven by the activities of their Children. This is a source of blessings to the Children.

"No child has the spiritual credence to say one is bigger or better than the other. All parents are equal before their creator. Though a man’s heart is serious but a woman’s heart is focus. They are both equally parental before God. Except those parents which according to you are not  parental enough. But one of the credence of this gospel is to implore you not to take exception against any parents either yours or others. For all parents are parental and cogent for you to be whom you ought to be in life on time.

 

Jabez was destined to be great and honourable; and that destiny remained his own forever but his destiny was wasting away. I Chronicles 4:9 The pains his mother went through was not his fault but according to her the pains was unbearable so therefore she named him ‘sorrow’ and this happened in tandem to when Jabez destiny was birthing. And according to her utterance, Jabez destiny remained sorrowful. Until he realizes and stopped having any grudges against his parents. And prayed to God that his territory might be enlarge and that he would no longer cause ‘pains’ again. I Chronicles 4:10.

Every man’s destiny is from God (Psalm 75:6-7) but such destiny passes through parents. Nor the fallopian tube, uterus or cervix produces destiny, every man’s destiny is from God but flows of such destinies could be hampered if one do not look after his/her parents. Jabez territory was never shorten by God but his parents did. Before any man was ever formed; God had known him  within his direct spiritual form while knowing his Parents directly within their physical and spiritual form of an existing souls. "I knew you before I formed you in your mother's womb. ... "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, And before you were born I consecrated you; I have ...(Jeremiah 1:5). Despite the fact that God is spirit.... (John 4:21)

Though you didn’t choose your parents neither did they chose you; the power that chose them as your parents and you as one of their children is potent and powerful beyond measures. You could have been given to another family but God knew better by given you to this family and lineage. No scriptural verse(s) supports parents not given proper upbringing to their children neither is there any who suggested you not to look after them for any reason. The power and wisdom that chose them for you is beyond all understanding. That you don’t have enough time is not an excuse because you do not need enough time and; there can’t ever be enough time to do this. Just go ahead and do it within every limited available time God has granted you.

Are you one of such that sees every old person around you as witch or wizard?. Change your mind-set and fully come to JESUS. God does not need anybody attestation before your prayer request is granted. He has everything to grant your requests. 

“No man has ever needed God’s blessings more than He has given to our Lord Jesus Christ; why don’t you ask God through him?.

But the credence of life about this is that our Lord Jesus Christ might not be fully obliged to grant such request(s) either; if you do not take good and adequate care of your Parents and the old ones around you.

Hannah told God the kind of Child she wants her womb to carry; she fashioned a destiny for the child before the child was even given to her. God never instructed her not to touch the child to be given head with a razor, but she said she won’t and it was established . (I Samuel 1:11) She could have decided to alter the child’s destiny,  that is even yet to be given. By not fulfilling her own side of the covenant between her and God.(I Samuel 1:21-28) So therefore; God has given Parents some certain power to change, chart or channeled  their Child’s (Children) destinies.

What have you gone to do at those worship centres, claiming to be in worship for your creator, when you still bore grudges against the source through which He created you?. Your Parents are your first Teacher, Role model, your first mentor upon whose altar your being was created. Whatever you might have learnt or know cannot erase this facts . Why neglecting such a worthy credence?.

Even if you do not have the required materials to do this. Let your mind-set be positive toward them. Do not questioned why their Children abandoned them?. Just go ahead and do whatever God has placed in your cares. And as you do these, God’s attention shall surely be turned towards you for good and greatness. And you shall attain and accomplish more within a very limited time. Because “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit”. Romans 8:1. But how do you spiritually be in Christ, if you do not love your Parents and the aged ones within your purview of residency, province and all over the world?.

Those that are in bigger better places are not too qualified than you. Even some of those in the best post all around you in the world. The best qualifications does not almost always attained the best positions. Let the providence of God speak and guide you toward your success and breakthrough . You must be proud of your parents in their old age just as they were proud of you in  their prime. They were not asking for your life savings, even if they did, they deserved more than that. All they wanted is just to see you prosper.

Their heart is a temple which you must nurture and relay a guidance through which your creator is adore.

When you were just a mere foetus, your creator sent His breath of life to you through your parents, not through gas station or vulcanizer. For good nine months you were fed from the womb. God knew your Parents before knowing you and likewise everything that is good for you.  Psychologically; when you hug your parents it warms and gladdens their hearts. Isaac knew this and demanded it from Esau in order to bless him but Jacob offered it to him and he unwittingly blessed him in return and by so doing fulfilled the promises of God upon his life.  

Genesis 27:29 “Let peoples serve you, and nations bow down to you. Be master over your brethren, And let your mother’s sons bow down to you. Curse be everyone who curses you. And blessed be those who bless you!”

In case you live far away, don’t just call to ask about their health but find time out of no time to check on them. Serve breakfast, lunch and dinner as timely as possible. Are you one of those who could not even boast of your parents because you think they are too wretched to be presented?. But do not forget that this same wretchedness nurtured you to attained the maturity you flaunt about today. They might not had been wretched as you think, just only if they’ve decided that you start working for all your needs as from a day old. Do not justified yourself by saying ‘they were not always there, is it not my grandparent or this or that person, that was responsible for your (my) upbringing?’. These are part of the reason(s) some people would pray and wait endlessly for response to their prayers and supplications without results.

If you have decided to submerge your opinion of not wanting to take care of your parents under the subterfuge of such mind-set. How about those whose upbringing were directly shouldered by their parents but could not attain adulthood?. This gospel is for the living and you are alive today, that is why you could read this. Bear no grudges in your heart against anyone. Free your mind against your parents and unlocked your heavens. “No temptation has overtaken you except such that is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make a way of escape, that you may be able to bear it .”(I Corinthians 10:13).

Your parents were almost always there defending you when you could not because they are God-sent. If you want answers to your prayers and you want to live a stress free life, you must look after your aged parents. Some of you would even nurtured the disputes your parents settled between you and your younger one in favour of your sibling.  As reasons not to take good care of them. Telling them to ‘go to that their child they loved most’ . God referred to the covenant between Him and Abraham as a reason to always fulfill the promises upon his generation unborn (Genesis.15:5 ). What covenant is between God and your parents over you?. And how do you benefit from such covenant if you do not take care of them?.

Then you spent your precious time visiting prayer centres here and there when you’ve not done the needful. Thinking, that pastor or prophet is not good enough. No matter how spirit-filled you think your person of God is; if you do not take this necessary steps. I don’t know how else you get response to your requests. Though; there are many ways and means through which God answers prayers but this is honoured and cogent.

The spiritual understanding between you and your Parents might be liken to the shell of an egg which seem thick enough to protect its contents but still allows breath of life and fresh air to reach the content therein. The chicks ached and abandoned the shell. But you are human not a chick that abandoned the shell that harboured them to life. Do not abandon your Parents.

If you want your prayer and supplications to remain unhindered  before your creator. Its not about you paying your tithes, offering or thanksgiving regularly. You must look after your parents. This also is a path to the ways that graciously leads you to Christ. And ushered heavenly prosperity and abundance of liberty and security upon you.

May the peace and grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

Rejoice in the Lord always;
